Hi All.....

Wanted to share with you all the name and phone number of a tremendous plumbing company, Anytime Plumbing. Good service is so hard to find anymore so when you find a good company that does good work, you give out their name.

Anytime Plumbing arrives on time (and calls you 1/2 an hour before they arrive), sends out competent service technicians who are honest and know their job, are neat & presentable and understandable, have all the necessary supplies/parts/equipment with them (instead of unnecessary trips to a supply house on your time), gets on with the job quickly and cleans up after themselves and are reasonable too!

Dear Sirs,

My wife and I recently called to have a plumber come to our home to install a new faucet in the kitchen sink. Not knowing who to call, Tony Wagner one of the board members of our homeowners association recommended your company.

When I called to set up an appointment. I explained that it was not an emergency. Much to my surprise I was told you could have someone here the next morning. The next morning your office called to tell us the plumber was on his way. When the plumber got here he could not get the main water shut off for our unit. he then tried to turn the water off on the water heater and it too would not shut off. I said I wanted to get all of the shut off valves replaced in addition to installing the new faucet in the kitchen sink.

Not surprised as the developer must have used seconds in plumbing supplies when the buildings were built 15 years ago. There have been many plumbing problems throughout the association. The plumber said I would have to give all other units in the building a minimum 24 hours notice of when the water would be shut off. I printed up notices and went door to door notifying the other residents.

When the plumber came to do the work your office called letting me know he was on his way. The gentleman who came out to do the work was named Rick. He is an asset to your company and should be recognized for his work. He was professional and neat and clean in his work. My wife and I were so impressed with his quality of work.

Having retired from a major retail company several years ago I had received the complaints of substandard service from employees which in turn gave me opportunity to correct the situation and if needed provide additional training to the offending employee.

When I received a notice of an employee who had given excellent service I would make sure that employee was notified.

Again, thanks to your company and especially Rick for the outstanding service.

Dear Sir/Madam:

Bob was referred to us by Bob & Angie Dunbar. We called your office & he was sent out to give us a free estimate. He was very pleasant & told us to buy the new bathroom faucets and that we could pay for any additional parts needed at time of service.

On Aug. 6th, your plumber "Bob" replaced a bathroom pipe, 2 bathroom faucets and removed our kitchen garbage disposal. He was on time, friendly, very efficient and professional at all times and kept our cost to the estimate plus parts.

We were very impressed with his great service and will happily refer him to our friends. Please make sure that Bob receives a copy of this email.

Dear Mr. Jester,

I am writing this note to commend the outstanding services of two of your employees, Jennifer and Selmo. On the 1st of January, pipes burst and began flooding my dining room and kitchen. Jennifer was kind, patient and prompt to dispatch someone to my house. Selmo was equally as kind and patient and a man true to his word. He returned to my house at the appointed date and time and took care of the repairs professionally.

In a society where people are prone to complain, I think it's necessary to tell employers of their exemplary employees.
